Rustic Bakery is an artisan bakery founded in 2005 by Carol LeValley and Josh Harris in Marin County, California. The company began with a simple idea: create a handmade sourdough flatbread cracker worthy of pairing with artisan cheese. That first cracker caught the attention of Cowgirl Creamery, helping launch a bakery built around thoughtful ingredients, traditional techniques, and a commitment to flavor. Today, Rustic Bakery operates its bakery in Sonoma County, where its team continues to make products by hand with an emphasis on quality and carefully sourced ingredients.

Rustic Bakery’s range includes savory sourdough flatbreads and crackers, crisp bites, cookies, and other baked goods designed for everyday snacking and sharing.
